After placing first at both Great Lakes Quarterfinals and Semis, we moved on to ICCA Finals in NYC! This is the first time since 2015 that the G-Men compete at Finals, so we are incredibly honored that we were afforded this opportunity.

Our set was comprised of Other Side of Paradise (arranged by Nick Froelich), Smells Like Teen Spirit (arranged by George Marshall), Let Me Love You (arranged by Daniel Honet) and Day ‘N Nite (arranged by Nick Froelich) and was choreographed by Daniel Honet, Adreesh Roy and Emma Zordan. We began rehearsals in January.

Our awards this ICCA season were:

  • Finals qualification

  • First Place at Great Lakes Semifinal

  • Outstanding Choreography for Day ‘N Nite at Great Lakes Semifinal

  • Outstanding Vocal Percussion for Nick Froelich at Great Lakes Semifinal

  • First Place at Great Lakes Quarterfinal

  • Outstanding Soloist for Austin Wolfgram at Great Lakes Quarterfinal

  • Outstanding Choreography for Smells Like Teen Spirit at Great Lakes Quarterfinal

Thank you to our parents, G-Men alumni and to our friends and supporters for getting us up on the Playstation Theater stage. It was an incredible feeling performing on that stage.

Thank you, Varsity Vocals, for this opportunity. Congratulations, NYU N’Harmonics, for your victory at ICCA Finals.
